Commission and Bonus

Journeyman electricians who consistently deliver top-tier customer service and master our pricing tools can earn commissions between 18–24%, with the potential to reach up to $150,000 per year.

401(k) Match

After one year of service and at least 1,000 hours worked, all employees are eligible for a 401(k) match from WIREONE, up to 3%. We’re committed to helping you secure your future.

Health Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans after 90 days on the job, ensuring you and your family are well cared for.

Paid Time Off

After 90 days of employment, every team member is automatically enrolled in our PTO program. Enjoy two weeks of paid vacation per year, six paid holidays, and additional paid days off for special circumstances.
